Family Medicine
Dr. Jessica Furey is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with additional expertise in diagnosing and treating structural abnormalities using Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (OMT). She provides comprehensive primary care with a focus on optimizing function, mobility and overall health through individualized, patient-centered care.
Dr. Furey earned her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, before completing her medical degree at Des Moines University in Iowa. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Spectrum Health, an affiliate of Michigan State University, where she served as chief resident during her final year.
Her clinical interests include men’s and women’s health, preventive and lifestyle-focused care, longevity and health optimization and disease prevention. Dr. Furey takes a whole-person approach to medicine and believes that sustainable health is built on individualized strategies, including attention to movement, sleep and lifestyle practices tailored to each patient.
Prior to joining Dr. Niedfeldt in practice, Dr. Furey worked in mental health and hospice care and successfully operated her own direct primary care practice. These experiences continue to inform her collaborative approach and commitment to providing thoughtful, accessible care.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Furey enjoys traveling — particularly throughout Asia — exploring new restaurants in the Milwaukee area and spending time outdoors, including hiking the Ice Age Trail. She values time with family and friends and enjoys reading, watching classic scary movies and working on creative projects.
