Sports Medicine Services
At many healthcare facilities, sports medicine injuries are treated in isolation — a body part, a scan, a protocol — without fully considering the demands of your life or the level you expect to be able to perform at again.
But performance is context dependent. Because your body responds to load, recovery, stress, sleep, training volume and movement quality differently than other patients, we approach individual care through a tailored lens specific to you. Your activities, goals and the level you want to return to — not just your symptoms — are all considered as part of our whole patient assessment.
This approach shifts the focus from “What’s injured?” to “What does this athlete need to perform at their level again, and what is their return-to-performance pathway?”
This includes the following services:
Shoulder, knee, hip and elbow pain (tennis elbow), as well as arthritis.
Sports hernias, groin pain and hamstring strains.
Foot and ankle injuries, including ankle sprains, Achilles Tendinitis and Plantar Fasciitis.
SI joint and lower back pain.
Other chronic tendon or ligament problems.
Soft tissue ailments.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections and prolotherapy.
